You should expect most of your passes to scan as valid, but in some cases customers may present invalid ones. 


Though the guest may claim that their pass is new, or should be valid, the below responses each indicate a different reason for a pass to scan as invalid. Some of them are due to the pass's current validity and others relate to your inclusion as part of the pass.  


If you have any doubts, contact Sightseeing Pass so they can check on the pass's validity for the guest and your attraction. They can the advise if you should be admitting the customer. Below is a list of all possible responses and their meanings, as well as how you should respond to them.

Check your Redeam report to review your redemptions and understand what you will be paid by Sightseeing Pass. 
Customer has already used this pass at your attraction, so it cannot be scanned again. Do not admit the guest. 

This is not an error message. This is a correct response for expired passes. They are not entitled to entry.  

If guest disagrees that their pass has expired, please direct them to call Sightseeing Pass at 1-844-400-7277 and they will assist them.
For Flex passes that include a certain number of redemptions (ex. Flex 5), the guest has already used their pass 5 other times.

If it's a timed pass (ex. 3 days), the 3 days have past and it is expired
Do not admit the guest. 

This is not an error message.  This is a correct response for passes that have used up their allotted number of visits.  They are not entitled to entry.  


If guest disagrees, please direct then to call Sightseeing Pass at 1-844-400-7277 and they will assist them.

Allow entry based on Sightseeing Pass's response.
