In response to Sightseeing Passes, this message means that Sightseeing Pass did not notify Redeam of this order. 
If this is in response to a third party reseller voucher, contact Redeam with the voucher information to resolve.


If this is in response to a Sightseeing Pass, please contact Sightseeing Pass directly to resolve.
